We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and operational excellence.Purpose of the RoleBGIS is seeking an experienced Asset Auditor to lead site asset collection, condition audits, and validation of customer property portfolios. Reporting directly to the Asset Manager, you will work collaboratively with internal teams, clients, and contractors to ensure accurate data capture and compliance with asset management systems and standards—driving lifecycle planning, maintenance forecasting, and strategic service delivery. Regular Travel Requirements are a part of this role.The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and solutions-focused, with strong analytical, communication, and technical data skills.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct site inspections to capture and validate physical asset dataEnsure asset data accuracy in line with BGIS and client standards within CMMS systemsCoordinate asset data audits using internal or third-party trade resourcesSupport lifecycle strategy development and financial forecastingProvide documented assurance on asset data integrity and participate in governance reportingIdentify and escalate data quality issues and assist in risk mitigation planningCollaborate with technical, MIS, and operations teams to align asset data with service delivery needsBuild strong client and stakeholder relationships to ensure ongoing service excellenceEducation, Experience & SkillsEssential:Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a relevant field (asset auditing, facilities, or engineering)Strong MS Office and mobile tech skills for field data capture and reportingProficiency in interpreting asset drawings and assigning attribute dataProven ability to work independently under time constraintsExcellent attention to detail and analytical skillsDesirable:Degree, Associate Diploma, or Trade Certificate in Engineering, Construction, or Building SurveyingExceptional interpersonal skills for working across technical and client teamsFamiliarity with ISO 55001, data governance, or facility condition auditingWorkplace FlexibilityTo support your growth, this position will initially be based on-site at (Work Location or Office).
