We’ve earned notable recognition in the industry, including being named SunWiz Top 10 Solar Installers in SA since 2019 (7 consecutive years).

With over 20 dedicated South Australian team members across the group, we’ve earned the trust of thousands of households and businesses across SA.

We continue to experience growth and expansion, including the final stages of building the largest renewable showroom and selections centre in South Australia.

The Opportunity

This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for the day‑to‑day performance of the business across sales, operations and administration.

Your focus will be keeping the business running efficiently, improving systems, supporting the leadership team and ensuring strong commercial performance.

You will work closely with ownership, with strong operational and sales support already in place.

Key Responsibilities

• Own overall business performance across sales, installations and cashflow
• Lead and develop department heads across Sales, Operations and Administration
• Run weekly leadership meetings, maintain a clear scorecard, and drive follow‑through
• Ensure smooth workflow from sale through to installation and aftercare
• Identify bottlenecks, solve problems early, and lift operational efficiency
• Protect and strengthen culture, standards and customer experience as the business scales

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing a business or multi‑department operation
• A leader who holds people accountable and builds strong teams
• Commercially minded with a focus on performance and outcomes
• Hands‑on operator — willing to get into the detail when needed
• Strong communication, organisation and decision‑making skills
• Experience in trades, construction, electrical, energy or similar industries preferred
• A key leadership role within an established and growing business
