What does the role involve?
It's an entry level position, but its an opportunity to start your career in the underground mining sector.
We're after people that have drive, use initiative. Basically someone that wants to become a senior driller.
1. Roster 2 weeks on and 1 week off, day and nightshift)
2. Physically demanding role that requires you to work in small teams underground
3. Hands-on training in all aspects of raise drilling which will include rod handling, rig maintenance and mobilising and demobilising of drill rigs to and from sites.
Minimum requirements
4. At least 3 months in a labour-intensive background
5. Based in WA (FIFO only from Perth)
6. Valid C Class Manual Drivers License
7. Able to pass Pre-Employment Medicals & Drug and Alcohol Screens
8. Able to work underground.
9. National Police Clearance within 3 months
10. Working at Heights Certificate
11. First Aid Certificate within 3 years
