Senior SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist
Full Time | Bundall Office | 38 Hours Per Week
Barrier Reef Pools is looking for an experienced and driven Senior SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our in-house marketing team in Bundall.
This is a senior-level role suited to someone who lives and breathes SEO, understands paid search, and has a strong understanding of the ever-evolving digital landscape. You'll play a key role in driving lead generation, improving online visibility, and supporting the growth of multiple brands and websites.
This is an in-office position based in Bundall on the Gold Coast.

About the Role
You will be responsible for managing and improving the digital performance of multiple websites and campaigns through strategic SEO, paid advertising, analytics, and digital marketing initiatives.
You'll work closely with our internal marketing and creative teams to identify opportunities, improve rankings, generate leads, and enhance overall digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Business Profiles across multiple websites
* Organise, create and manage paid advertising campaigns in Google Ads
* Implement up-to-date technical, on-page and off-page SEO strategies
* Develop SEO strategies and identify key growth opportunities
* Monitor website performance, rankings and overall site health
* Present monthly reporting on SEO, paid campaigns and digital performance
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve digital outcomes and brand visibility
* Identify additional lead generation and awareness opportunities across digital platforms
Beneficial Skills & Experience
* Strong understanding of modern SEO strategies and best practices
* Experience with SEM and paid search campaigns
* Understanding and interest in AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation)
* Holistic SEO approach including citations, partnerships and broader digital integration
* Experience creating EDM campaigns using Mailchimp
Experience using:
* Looker Studio
* SEMRush
* SE Ranking
* Windsor.ai
* AI and LLM platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot
* Meta Ads experience is advantageous
* Strong analytical and reporting skills
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
