Administration Manager Job Description
We are seeking an organized and proactive Administration Manager to join our team. This is a remote, part-time opportunity for the right person to take on a key role in our organization.
1. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily administrative tasks, including inbox/calendar management, document control, data entry, and filing.
* Be responsible for process improvement and implementing new software solutions.
* Coordinate with teams, suppliers, and clients; ensure follow-up actions and deadlines are met.
* Prepare reports, templates, and checklists; maintain accurate records.
* Support onboarding/offboarding and compliance administration.
2. About the Role:
* Highly organized and detail-driven individual with strong follow-through.
* Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 (intermediate level), with experience using CRM systems and creating standard operating procedures.
* Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated home office space suitable for professional video calls.
* Nice to have: Bachelor's degree and prior experience in administration/operations or process improvement.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in administration, operations, or process improvement roles.
* Australian citizen or permanent resident with unrestricted work rights in Australia.
