Responsibilities
As a Graduate Civil Engineer in the field of wind energy, you will play a role in the planning, design, and construction (CBoP) of wind farms. You will work closely with a team of experienced engineers and experts to develop innovative solutions for wind farm projects. You will be actively integrated into the day-to-day business of project teams, assuming full responsibility for the tasks assigned to you and rotating across different areas of the business over 2 years.
* Participate in planning, design, and construction activities for wind farm projects.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and mentors to develop solutions for wind energy projects.
* Engage in graduate training modules and access tools to support professional growth.
* Network with peers and business leaders within the organization.
* Contribute to sustainable energy initiatives and environmental compliance.
Your background / Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree (2025) in civil engineering or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, or similar tools.
* Understanding of geotechnical engineering principles.
* Familiarity with environmental regulations and permitting processes.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
* Ability to work outdoors and travel to project sites as required.
