We are seeking a National Technical Specialist - Shrink Packer & Palletiser to drive reliability, technical capability, and performance across Nu-Pure's end-of-line packaging assets nationally.
This role suits a technically strong specialist who enjoys being hands-on, developing teams, and improving uptime across complex automated systems.
What you'll be responsible for
Technical Capability & Training
* Develop national training programs for shrink wrapping and palletising systems
* Mentor maintenance and production teams
* Embed consistent operational and maintenance standards
Reliability & Maintenance
* Develop preventative maintenance and rebuild programs
* Create CMMS tools and conduct national audits
* Improve equipment uptime and performance
National Support & Optimisation
* Provide expert troubleshooting support across sites
* Optimise spare parts, consumables, and lifecycle costs
* Support end-of-line NPD and equipment specification
What we're looking for
* Trade qualification (Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics)
* Strong experience with shrink wrappers, palletisers, and conveyors
* Proven technical leadership and training capability
* Experience in FMCG or high-volume manufacturing
* OEM experience (Krones, Sidel, etc.) advantageous
