We're looking for a Management Accountant to become the third pillar of our Commercial Operations team, reporting to the Head of Finance and working in tandem with our Business Operations Analyst.

Focus Areas
Your role is a dynamic mix. You'll spend roughly 60% of your time on core management accounting (month-end, reconciliations, reporting, payroll) and 40% on commercial support and departmental partnering.
You will be the primary financial point of contact for all departments. You'll support day-to-day operations, helping teams understand their spend to ensure every part of the business is running effectively.
We have established processes in place but are always looking for efficiencies. We pride ourselves on a supportive, open culture where your suggestions for improvement are encouraged. As part of a team of three, you will have the opportunity to contribute to refining our financial infrastructure as we scale.
Here is what we're looking for:
* 4+ years in a similar role including experience in AP/AR, reconciliations, the full month-end close cycle and background in supporting payroll coordination.
* Relevant tertiary or equivalent qualifications in Accounting, ideally CA/CPA but not essential.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Xero. Exposure to Salesforce is a significant advantage.
* You've worked in a fast-paced or scaling environment before. You're comfortable with a bit of ambiguity and love seeing your work implemented in real-time.
* You have no hesitation in engaging stakeholders in conversations about budgets, forecasts and other key metrics. You're happy jumping on a quick call to help a Department Head solve an operational hurdle!
* You are hungry for a super successful career in Tech.
