Job Description
We are seeking a caring and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Worker. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of people with disabilities by providing practical and emotional support to enable them to live independently.
As a Support Worker, your responsibilities will include assisting clients with daily tasks, promoting social inclusion and community participation, and building rapport and relationships with clients based on your own experiences. You will work closely with our team to provide high-quality care and support that is tailored to each client's needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent;
* Experience in working with participants having autism; and
* Mental Health experience (at least 1 year).
