We’re currently seeking a dedicated mental health professional to join our Adult Community Mental Health Services within the Community Recovery Services (CRS) team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment delivering recovery-focused, face-to-face care to adults experiencing complex mental health challenges. You’ll manage a caseload with the support of psychiatrists and a collaborative team, helping clients reduce hospital admissions, improve their quality of life, and actively engage in their recovery journey. You’ll also work closely with families, carers, and a wide range of service providers to ensure the best possible outcomes.
