Project Surveyor - Northern Territory
We are seeking an experienced Project Surveyor to work on large-scale civil and bulk earthworks projects in remote locations.
Job Description:
* Interpret plans and mark out projects using various surveying techniques.
* Convert designs for use on survey rovers and machine control systems.
* Work with machine control to optimize precision and timeframes for project completion.
* Perform periodic surveys to check levels for conformance reporting and project tracking.
* Undertake as-built surveys for project sign-off and quantity verification.
* Provide timely and accurate surveys for end-of-month reporting.
* Produce clear and concise technical reports.
* Collect, interpret, and analyze survey information as required.
This role requires the ability to work in a FIFO/DIDO capacity and have experience working in similar positions within the Civil or Mining industry.
Requirements:
* A relevant Surveying qualification – Cert IV or higher.
* Experience working in a similar position within the Civil or Mining industry.
* Proficiency using a range of relevant programs and software such as AutoCad 3D Civil and Surpac.
* Experience with GPS, Trimble Total Station, and Trimble machine guidance.
* The ability to work in remote locations.
* Current driver's license.
