Join Us as Our Content Delivery Manager — Where Innovation Meets Impact
Are you ready to lead the future of content operations in a high-impact, fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Content Delivery Manager to join our team and take charge of scaling the production and performance of editorial and media content across the business.
In this role, you won't just support content—you'll transform how it's delivered. You'll streamline processes, spearhead automation, implement cutting-edge tools (including AI), and lead critical platform migrations that enhance team productivity and output.
Overview
The Content Delivery Manager is a new senior role that will be integral in unlocking and enabling scalability of the content produced within the Editorial and Media teams, to increase customer acquisition and engagement. The role will support effective delivery of the work already in progress, and execute new key projects. Key objectives of this role are to work across the business to remove manual processes via automation, support platform and CMS migration, incorporate new tools and processes and develop new products.
This role is perfect for a results driven, execution-oriented professional with a strong digital background with a passion for delivering high-quality timely results. We are looking for someone to lead the team, who has strong technical acumen and people skills, who can clearly define a problem and create a clear plan forward.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide support for the cross functional teams and enable us to go faster with tools and process efficiencies
* Automate media and content reporting and integrate with broader business tracking, to provide analytical insights
* Support to deliver on group migration projects as they apply to Communications team, eg: content migration to new platform and migration to the new CMS
* Be up to date on new AI tools that we can test and leverage to support automation, insight or scale
* Develop effective documented processes and provide effective training to enable the team autonomy and ability to focus on their areas of expertise
* Manage content projects as required
* Lead and develop the team
Collaboration
* Develop great working relationships with all key internal stakeholders, in particular the senior Editorial and Media teams
* Work closely with all members of the Communications, Product & Engineering, Data, Finance and Marketing teams to deliver Canstar Group objectives
* Develop a strong working relationship with Legal to ensure process and delivery is compliant
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven successful experience in developing, improving and executing operational processes
* Extensive experience and deep understanding of a content/publishing digital business
* Strong data driven thinking and analysis skills
* Strong project, time management and numeracy skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritise and multitask
* Strong technical acumen, understanding and interest in AI, and experience with using Atlassian tools, CMS, Google suite
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills including stakeholder engagement and influencing
* Passion for helping consumers first
* Entrepreneurial and growth mindset, i.e. energetic, enthusiastic, adaptable, pragmatic, proactive, hands-on, strategic, resilient and ambitious
Desirable Skills
* Knowledge and experience of Wordpress and Payload
* Deep interest in and use of AI
