Job Role Summary
This is a dynamic opportunity to join our busy beachside café as a Multiskilled Cafe Team Member. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, have experience in a similar fast-paced hospitality environment, and be able to work flexible hours including weekends and mornings.
About the Role
The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing customer service and experience levels, operating the barista area, maintaining stock control, processing transactions through our Point of Sale system, and supporting the juice bar. They will also be required to maintain regulated cleaning and health standards, adhere to WorkSafe industry practices, and ensure Responsible Service of Alcohol procedures are followed.
Key Requirements
* Possession of a genuine passion for customer service and a motivated work ethic
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar high-pressure hospitality environment
* Demonstrated success in managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and adhering to company policies and procedures
* Prior experience with industry-leading POS systems
* High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask
* Able to work flexibly, including weekends, mornings, and rotating shifts
* Current certification in Responsible Service of Alcohol
* Australian residency or valid working visa with at least one year remaining
