An opportunity exists for a Senior Project Geologist to join an emerging junior exploration company with a discovery focused and driven team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute drilling and exploration programs
* Geological logging, sampling and interpretation
* Target generation and geological modelling
* Supervise and mentor junior geologists and field staff
* Manage contractors and site operations
* Ensure QA/QC compliance and data integrity
* Prepare technical reports and management updates
* Maintain high HSE and regulatory standards
About You:
* Degree in Geology or related discipline
* Proven experience managing exploration projects
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Highly organised with a proactive, hands-on approach
* Current Australian work rights and valid driver's licence
