About the role
An opportunity has arisen for a passionate, driven, and hardworking Customer Service Manager to join their business in Townsville. You will be required to establish and oversee effective warehouse inventory management processes and systems, coach and develop warehouse and customer service teams', ensure the store is meeting all compliance and legislative requirements and monitor store activities to ensure it aligns with the businesses core policy and standard operating procedures.
About you
* 3-5 years Retail Warehouse Management experience, ideally within a fast paced, big box store environment.
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal & external stakeholders
* A consultative approach focused on sales and customers
* Excellent organisational skills & time management, with the ability to handle competing demands
