We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital & IT Manager to lead our digital initiatives and manage daily IT activities in Ormeau, Australia. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of business acumen, problem-solving skills, and IT project management expertise, along with hands-on experience in managing daily IT operations. This role is pivotal in driving our digital evolution, enhancing operational efficiency, fostering innovation, and ensuring a stable IT environment. Collaboration with European and Asian stakeholders is a key aspect of this role.

* Daily IT Operations: Oversee daily IT functions, including hardware replacement, application management, user support, and infrastructure maintenance. Ensure quick resolution of issues to minimize downtime.
* Asset Management: Manage IT assets, maintain accurate records, and coordinate equipment replacement and disposal.
Are you a MATCH?
* Experience: 3+ years in digital product management and IT operations, with a successful track record in product launches and managing daily IT functions.
* Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and IT infrastructure management.
* Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data to inform product and operational decisions.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Creative and effective at solving complex technical and operational problems.
