About the Role
This role involves expanding customer base, driving revenue growth, and building a robust pipeline for Account Executives. You'll be the first point of contact for many prospects, shaping their view of our organization with your understanding of their needs and our product.
Key Responsibilities
 * Lead Generation: Follow up on inbound leads, identify potential customer accounts, and build a strong pipeline.
 * Outbound Campaigns: Collaborate with Inside Sales Representatives and Account Executives to create effective campaigns increasing prospects' awareness and interest in our organization.
 * Customer Engagement: Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads to increase interest in our organization and achieve monthly & quarterly quotas of qualified meetings and sourced opportunities.
 * Salesforce Management: Utilize Salesforce as the system of record to organize and maximize prospecting efforts into target accounts.
 * Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product offering, value proposition, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications
 * Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
 * Experience working against sales quotas or goals.
 * Adaptability: ability to learn quickly and apply yourself.
 * Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with prospects.
 * Goal-oriented mindset with desire to win business.
 * Strong time management and organization skills.
