We are seeking to appoint a Maintenance Coordinator to join an Operations team. About the role: Ensure daily factory operations run smoothly through efficient machine servicing and repairs. Support optimum production capacity and productivity while maintaining safety and efficiency Key Responsibilities: Maintenance Planning: Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules. Prioritise and track tasks, ensuring on-time completion Supervise contractors to ensure alignment with schedules and quality standards. Safety & Quality: Promote safety consciousness and maintain a healthy working environment. Adhere to occupational health and safety policies to maintain zero tolerance of harm Operational Support: Provide technical and service assistance to the team. Ensure effective communication with management on maintenance status and schedules. Oversee training for maintenance fitters and apprentices. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to maximise efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity. Required Skills & Qualifications: Relevant Australian Trade Qualifications or degree in Mechanical Engineering Strong communication, coordination, and decision-making abilities.
