Your New Role As Store Manager lead a close-knit team, drive strong commercial results all while delivering a customer experience that feels both elevated and personal. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance the commercial performance of the business with the day-to-day development of your team. You’ll lead from the front on the floor styling clients, building relationships and setting the standard while confidently managing operational excellence behind the scenes. What You’ll Be Responsible For Leading, coaching and developing a team of approximately five to deliver results and build future succession Driving key store KPIs including conversion, UPT and ATV, with a strong focus on client engagement Delivering personalised styling, exceptional service and relationship-based selling Overseeing all store operations including rostering, stock control, visual merchandising, compliance and reporting Creating a positive, high-performing store culture where both customers and team feel valued and inspired The Experience Checklist: 2 years in a Store Manager or Assistant Manager role within fashion, apparel or lifestyle retail A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving KPIs Experience leading and developing a small team (5 people) Strong customer service and styling skills, with a focus on building client relationships Solid retail operations knowledge - rostering, stock management, VM, reporting and compliance A hands-on leadership style, comfortable balancing the floor with back-of-house tasks What's Next?
