Our Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) team within People & Culture enables all areas of our firm to deliver meaningful value to clients. They enhance and optimise the firm’s workforce, delivering on our people's experience whilst ensuring a workforce fit for the future. They work to find the skills we need to assist our clients, along with the right commercial leverage across the businesses. We’re looking for a specialist to join our team to help take it to the next level within our vast community of solvers.
Use the know-how you've gained in workforce planning to grow our function. With a complex and changing workforce to solve for our future, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to create change.
As an expert in SWP, you’ll make a real impact through influencing others to see the benefit of SWP through data driven insights helping to optimise the current workforce and planning for the skills needed in the future.
In our People & Cultureteam, you’ll:
* Report to the Workforce Strategy Director whilst collaborating with business stakeholders, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Staffing and Deployment, Line of Service Leadership Teams and Human Capital Directors to help articulate the future demands of our workforce and skill gaps and opportunities for the future
* Understand our workforce intricately from a skills capability standpoint, how we operate and what technology, AI and future economic changes will have on our workforce.
* Develop a future strategy and scenario plan that will help our workforce and business thrive during future economic changes
* Build a team over time, to lead, coach, develop and manage
* Use data and insights to interpret trends in our workforce to build strategies around retention, acquisition and talent development/upskilling
* Enable talent mobility and skills alignment to strategically redeploy our workforce into higher demand areas
* Lead, design and develop the strategy to plan a 1, 3 and 5 year workforce plan for each line of service
* Drive our global skills first transformation to understanding our people, their capability and transferable skills across the business
* Work across the firm to support and build relationships as a subject matter expert for your area of interest
Who you are
* You’re a strategic thinker, seasoned people leader, excellent communicator and influencer, and can be flexible and agile
* You have strong leadership skills, outstanding senior stakeholder management, experience in change management and/or transformation
* You're able to constantly evolve the efficiency and effectiveness of our people and contribute at a hands-on level to cultivate a vibrant team culture
* You have practical experience in workforce transformation and strategic workforce planning, and you're confident to manage yourself and lead your team and key stakeholders through the transformation and enhancement of the people ethics function
