Business Development Role
This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Business Development professional. The successful candidate will have experience in business banking or retail banking and possess strong customer relationship management skills.
The role involves developing trusted relationships with customers, retaining and growing your portfolio, and leveraging your network to support small business customers in bringing their business ideas to life.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing small business lending requests up to $2 million and home lending up to $5 million
* Converting leads into wins, fuelling growth, and delivering impressive results while driving customer advocacy
* Owning customer needs to provide tailored holistic banking solutions
* Building relationships with brokers and proprietary customers to create and action new business opportunities
