Job Responsibilities:
* Personal care assistance: showering, dressing, grooming, and medication support
* Domestic support: light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
* Social support/transportation: engaging customers in social activities, shopping/groceries, and travelling to medical appointments
* Assisting customers with the use of personal equipment and aids
* Monitoring customer well-being and reporting progress
Requirements:
* Minimum Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support, or Disability Services
* Current CPR/First Aid Certification
* Proof of vaccination (where applicable)
* Valid and satisfactory criminal record check
* Smartphone with internet access
