**The Role**
We are offering an opportunity to contribute to Defence wellbeing and capability by leading a team of mental health professionals supporting clients and providing advice to commanders managing incidents of sexual misconduct in Defence. Established in 2013 in the Department of Defence, 1800 SeMPRO assists people impacted by sexual misconduct and delivers education in support of Defence's sexual misconduct prevention efforts.
Applicants deemed suitable with exceptional skills, experience or expertise may be eligible for an Individual Flexibility Arrangement (IFA) in accordance with the IFA provisions of the Defence Enterprise Agreement 2017-2020. This may include additional remuneration and/or the variation of other conditions. In these cases, total remuneration will comprise of base salary + IFA additional remuneration + superannuation.
