Marketing Coordinator / Content Creator (Part-Time)

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator / Content Creator to join The Marina Mindarie 3 days per week, with some evenings and weekends required for events and content capture. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll create and schedule social content and support marketing activity across The Marina Mindarie.
About the role
You’ll be creating, editing and scheduling content across The Marina Mindarie and our venues (think: Indian Ocean Brewing Co, The Boat, The Marina Hotel and more).
This role is ideal for someone who’s creative, reliable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You’ll be comfortable juggling content deadlines, jumping on moments as they happen, and keeping things consistent and on-brand.
What you’ll be doing
* Create, edit and schedule reels, stories, posts and imagery across our venues
* Capture content on-site (events, food and drink, atmosphere, behind-the-scenes)
* Support marketing campaigns and venue promotions with content and coordination
* Maintain a consistent content calendar and work to deadlines
* Stay across trends and formats, and bring ideas we can test in the real world
Must have
* Experience creating, editing and scheduling social content (especially reels)
* Strong attention to detail
* Creative thinking and an eye for content that performs
* Up to date with trends and content creation styles
* Australian working rights
Nice to have
* Hospitality experience
* Interest in beer, events, hospitality, and the boating lifestyle
* Comfortable using AI tools in your workflow
* Graphic design skills / Canva experience
