Your new role
As the Legal PA/Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and play a vital role in supporting the Principal and legal team. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing reception and general administrative duties
* Handling client billing, invoicing, and banking
* Opening, maintaining, and archiving legal files
* Assisting with dictation, document preparation, and legal correspondence
* Ensuring the office and boardroom are presentable and well-stocked
This is a full-time, in-office role (Monday to Friday), ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment.
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience in administration
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
* Familiarity with LEAP Documents and LEAP Accounting (or willingness to learn)
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* A proactive, team-oriented mindset and strong client service focus
