One of Australia's leading Federal Government departments are looking to engage a Digital Support Officer to work as part of an experienced and skilled team. The successful Digital Support Officerwork under general direction to provide administrative support and advice for the department's Lumi learning management system, eLearning and other digital learning solutions. The successful Digital Support Officer will be offered an initial 12 month contract with 2 x 12 month extension options.
The successful Digital Support Officer will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Assist with the delivery and administration of digital learning solutions.
- Help manage LTS Helpdesk including monitoring, trouble shooting and support requests.
- Provide technical administrator support for the users of the departments learning system.
- Support the other priorities and deliverables of the team and DAC more broadly.
The successful Digital Support Officer will have experience in the following:
- Experience assisting with the delivery and administration of digital learning solutions
- Helpdesk experience, including monitoring, troubleshooting and responding to support requests
- Experience operating a learning management system or providing system administration duties
- Experience supporting other priorities and deliverables of the team and branch more broadly
