Paltech a part of Air Diffusion Australia is a leader of innovation, manufacturing and wholesaling a wide range of heating and cooling products. We now have an opportunity for a Branch Manager to lead our Pakenham team.
You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the Pakenham site, implementing and improving processes, engaging with customers and suppliers, and working closely with the other branches.
Responsibilities
* Manage the Pakenham branch.
* Oversee warehouse management & trade sales.
* Implement company pricing and discount strategy.
* Implement KPI's including sales, margin and stock control.
* Manage branch inventory and supplier orders.
* Attend the monthly Victorian branch meetings and organise a weekly " Toolbox" staff meeting at Pakenham to ensure high levels of communication.
* Identify operational deficiencies and implement plans for improvement.
* Build on existing and develop new customer relationships.
* Implement training programs in conjunction with HR and other branches.
* Drive a high-performance team culture through training, coaching and development.
* Work with the management team to implement and further develop processes and procedures to ensure that the Pakenham Branch is using company best practices.
Qualifications and Experience
* Previous experience in managing a trade sales location or B2B sales operation.
* Previous HVAC experience a bonus but not essential
* Skills in customer development.
* Ability to build and develop a team.
* Strong time management skills.
* A current driver's license.
Salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
