This role will drive service innovation, workforce leadership, and clinical excellence, ensuring safe, high-quality, and accessible healthcare for women, children, and families. As a senior leader, you will provide strategic direction, operational oversight, and governance, fostering collaboration across hospital services and external partners to enhance patient outcomes and service integration.
