Required skills/Qualifications:
* Proven experience in delivering and supporting Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions, including:
* Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
* Microsoft Defender
* Microsoft 365 (M365) migrations
* Hybrid Exchange environments
* Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Windows 365
* Microsoft Copilot and Viva
* Strong understanding of cloud computing, virtualization, and IT security principles.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) are highly desirable.
