We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for maintaining and configuring Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Digital Experience applications.
* Maintain and configure various Salesforce applications including Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Digital Experience.
* Showcase in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform including its features, functionalities, and best practices.
* Investigate and troubleshoot complex issues related to OmniStudio components using problem-solving skills.
* Perform ongoing system administration tasks ensuring seamless operation of systems.
* Degree of expertise includes deployment of changes via existing DevOps framework following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
