About the role
Working with a portfolio of clients, the Customer Service Officer will provide a superior experience to our clients in all things Salary Packaging. As the primary point of contact, you will perform a range of customer service and administration‑based tasks using our own in‑house software. You will work on a rotating roster (start times at 8am, 9am, and 10am) in a fast‑paced environment with a team of roughly 20.

Key Responsibilities
* Act as a primary point of contact for Eziway Salary Packaging clients
* Answer incoming calls and assist with enquiries in line with our service offering (e.g. the benefits of a client's tailored package)
* Produce salary packaging documentation for employers commencing with Eziway Salary Packaging
* Processing Salary Packaging amendments, claims and assisting with reconciliation of Salary Packaging accounts
* Assist clients in completing online Salary Packaging applications
* Assisting Salary Packaging card management (fuel card)
* Using the Eziway Salary Packaging software to complete work incl. data entry, updating client files and maintaining accuracy of all records.
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous Salary Packaging Experience would be highly regarded
* Customer service experience, with a willingness to provide a superior service to clients
* High level of attention to detail
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
* Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Friendly, professional manner
* Proficient in Microsoft suite and comfortable with picking up new systems/ software
* Ability to meet Key Performance Indicators
