This is a casual role where you will spend 80% of your time gardening and 20% on general maintenance tasks. If you enjoy variety, take pride in your work and want to be part of a supportive team, this role is for you.

Position Description:
* Maintain gardens and landscaped areas to a high standard, ensuring they are safe and visually appealing.
* Carry out general maintenance tasks across the community, including minor repairs and upkeep of facilities.
* Assist with routine and scheduled maintenance requirements for equipment and communal areas.
* Build strong relationships with homeowners and contractors, delivering exceptional service.
* Ensure all activities comply with WHS standards and company policies.
Position Requirements:
* Strong gardening and landscaping knowledge (formal qualifications desirable but not essential).
* Experience with general maintenance and handyman tasks.
* Ability to use a wide range of gardening tools and equipment safely.
* Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
* First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
* ACDC licence for weed spraying is desirable but not essential.
