About you: In your new role you will: * Role includes but is not limited to Auditing of the Surgical Outpatient waitlist. * Identifies which speciality to audit as per the Clinical Audit Schedule and liaise closely with the SOPD Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) and the CHHHS Data Analysts. * The SOPD NUM will request the CN Outpatient Waitlist Auditor to audit specific waitlist or investigate a particular area outside of the Clinical Audit Schedule if there is information required for managerial reporting or a request from the Executive Leadership Team. * Maintain multidisciplinary professional relationships with all team members, including nursing, administration and treating specialists. * Follows a well-defined auditing process and escalate clinical concerns, adverse events, critical incidents, and complaints to the NUM.
