Job Description
Deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure at Lizard Island Resort. As a Porter, you will be responsible for handling and transporting guest luggage efficiently, ensuring accurate records and adhering to safe manual handling practices.
Collaborate with the Front Office team to welcome guests and facilitate smooth arrivals and departures. Interact with guests professionally, responding to inquiries to maintain high service standards.
Assist the Front Office during downtime with tasks such as check-ins, guest requests, and general administrative duties.

Required Skills & Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Porter, ideally in a luxury setting
* Ability to lift and transport heavy luggage while adhering to safe manual handling practices
* Impeccable grooming and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
