The Role Manage a portfolio of less than 130 properties All properties locally based (within 10kms of the office) Conducting inspections and condition reports Managing Maintenance Following up on arrears Prepare & attend NCAT if/when required In return for your hard work $80,000-$100,000 -High & negotiable salary based on experience No weekend work!
