About the IT Support Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in providing technical support for BuildCam systems.
You'll be responsible for the setup, troubleshooting, and monitoring of BuildCam systems, as well as footage and data management, software and hardware updates, and both customer and internal support.
* Provide onsite and remote technical support to teams and clients
* Set up, configure, and troubleshoot camera systems, modems, and solar monitoring equipment
* Conduct quality assurance checks and ensure systems meet performance standards
