We're looking for an experienced Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator to join our team immediately. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll play a key part in getting skilled tradespeople mobilised, compliant, and site-ready across projects throughout WA.
Reporting to the Operations Manager and Managing Director, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment, mobilisation, and compliance for both branch operations and shutdown/project works. If you thrive on organisation, variety, and working closely with people, this role will suit you perfectly.

About the role
You'll be responsible for the smooth and timely delivery of recruitment, onboarding, mobilisation, and administration for our workforce, ensuring all personnel meet client, site, and compliance requirements.
Key responsibilities
Recruitment
* End-to-end recruitment including job advertising, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and training verification
* Preparing employment contracts and onboarding documentation
Mobilisation & Compliance
* Managing all mobilisation requirements including client approvals, site access, medicals, training, flights, rosters, and accommodation
* Preparing labour hire contracts and ensuring documentation is complete prior to mobilisation
* Maintaining employee files, licences, training records, and compliance documentation
Coordination & Communication
* Liaising with personnel, site supervisors, labour hire agencies, clients, and internal management
* Managing priorities, shortfalls, and changes to mobilisation plans
* Updating rosters and training matrices
* Coordinating and delivering onboarding processes
* Ensuring PPE, safety, and labour quality requirements are met
Reporting & Administration
* Preparing recruitment and placement statistics for weekly meetings
* Managing day-to-day recruitment and mobilisation administration

* Proven experience in recruitment and/or mobilisation coordination
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of work
* High attention to detail and strong multitasking ability
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Solutions-focused, proactive, and positive mindset
* Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Fast learner with a strong work ethic
* Good sense of humour (important)

Desirable qualifications
* Certificate IV in Human Resources
