Banking Team
Our banking team advises Australian and international financial institutions, investment banks, corporations and private equity funds. We represent lenders, borrowers, sponsors and consortia on high-value corporate transactions to complex restructuring projects.
We regularly act for lenders, borrowers, arrangers and investors and we understand the different commercial drivers in our clients' transactions.
We are able to anticipate key legal and commercial issues likely to arise in any transaction and then guide our clients through them.

As our ideal candidate you will be eager to work on high-profile, technically challenging transactions in a supportive environment
You Will Have:
* Two to five years' PQE in banking and finance transactions, with a focus on leveraged, acquisition, project or corporate and real estate finance.
* A proactive approach to help on technically challenging matters and make the most of opportunities.
* Exceptional drafting and strong analytical skills.
* The ability to work effectively with clients and peers at all levels.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
