All Foods Market – Senior Deli Assistant
We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join our strong and successful team. This role would suit a person that is enthusiastic, driven and enjoys a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining food selection, ensuring consistency, freshness, presentation and cleanliness.
* Maintaining excellent department standards including monitoring stock, rotation routines, wastage, shrinkage and quality control.
* Preparation of food items, slicing and packing.
* Thorough understanding of cleaning and hygiene requirements.
* Ordering and maintaining supplier relationships throughout the Deli department.

Able to work a flexible rotating roster including nights and weekends, with store hours operating 7 days a week.
