The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in customer-facing sales, with a proven track record of delivering technical solutions to customers. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

Responsibilities will include providing internal and external assistance during the sales process, developing technical written pre-sales material, and working closely with the Sales team to achieve business objectives.

The successful candidate will also be proactive in identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with integrators and technology partners, and attending industry trade shows and events.


About This Opportunity

* This role is based in Adelaide and may involve some travel domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide internal and external assistance during the sales process including delivering solutions and demonstrations to customers.
* Develop technical written presales material.
* Proactive in new business opportunities when communicating with Partners.
* Work with integrators and technology Partners during the project sales process.
* Work cohesively across multiple departments (internally & externally) to ensure we get the best outcomes for our partners.
* Construct and deliver technology and/or customer-specific training.
* Provide technical updates to our partners.
* Attend and represent at industry trade shows and events.

Qualification And Experience:

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or similar.
* Ideal experience in a customer-facing pre-sales role in the field of network video and/or physical security markets.
* Good knowledge of networking, IP-based technologies and applications desirable.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Able to build and maintain relationships with customers.
* Self-motivated and team player.
* Good organisational skills, and able to manage multiple priorities and time for customer needs.
