Client services manager / Admin (flexible work)

Gold Coast, QLD Full‐time Financial Services Client Experience & Adviser Support

(flexible work structure, hours & working from home options)

We are a growing financial planning practice seeking preferably an experienced Client Service Manager (CSM) to support our advisers, manage client relationships, and ensure smooth delivery of advice. This role suits someone who understands financial services and can simply assist the day to day operations.

About the role

As our Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for end‐to‐end client administration and workflow coordination across the advice process. This includes:

* Managing client onboarding, review cycles, and ongoing service agreements.
* Preparing and coordinating fact finds, FDS/Ongoing Fee Consents, ROA/SOA workflows, and implementation tasks.
* Liaising with product providers, paraplanners, and clients to progress advice efficiently.
* Managing adviser calendars, client communication, and service delivery timelines.
* Ensuring compliance requirements are met across all advice documentation and processes.
* Supporting continuous improvement of systems and processes as the practice grows.

Skills and experience

We are looking for someone with:

* Experience in a financial planning practice (Client Service Manager, Client Services Officer, Adviser Support, or similar).
* Australian work rights are required for this position.
* Fair to Strong understanding of advice processes, compliance obligations, and industry terminology.
* Excellent communication skills and a client‐first mindset.
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work proactively.
