* Managing key operational functions, including loss prevention, stock processing, and exceeding KPIs
* Implementing Bendon's Visual Merchandising standards within the MYER PAD
* Analyzing sales data, reporting, and rosters to optimize store performance
* Partnering with the Regional Manager to drive initiatives at a store, regional, and company level
