Job Description:
The role of a Home Care Worker involves providing support and care services to elderly clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and overall wellbeing. This position requires an individual with experience in personal care, manual handling, and medication administration.
A key aspect of the job is assisting clients with daily tasks such as making beds, laundry, cleaning and maintaining living areas, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments. Additionally, the Home Care Worker will support clients with mobility and therapy goals, and provide complex care for those with high care needs.
The successful candidate will also offer social and emotional support to clients and their families, promoting a sense of community and connection.
