What You'll Do:
* Take ownership of Continuous Improvement (CI) and DevOps projects, guiding them from concept to completion
* Drive technology evolution, working directly with legal professionals to translate complex tech concepts into clear strategies
* Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality project delivery aligned with business goals

What You Need to Succeed:

* In-depth knowledge of Software Development Methodologies
* Extensive experience managing CI and DevOps projects
* Strong, sophisticated written and verbal communication skills for engaging with legal professionals
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively
* Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships across all organisational levels
* Proven leadership in managing and mentoring diverse teams, particularly Business Analysts
* Strong data analysis, discovery, process mapping, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to connect technology decisions with commercial outcomes
