HR Business Partner
A strategic and experienced HR professional is required to provide expert advice and coaching to site management on industrial relations matters, grievance resolution, and interpretation of the EA.
This dynamic role involves providing generalist HR support to assigned business units, ensuring HR policies and procedures are consistently applied across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Partnership: Provide expert advice and coaching to site management on industrial relations matters, grievance resolution, and interpretation of the EA.
* Industrial Relations Management: Lead the planning, strategy, and execution of complex workplace disputes, ensuring timely and legally compliant outcomes.
* Enterprise Agreement Negotiations: Conduct comprehensive analysis of industrial benchmarks, wage data, and business capacity to inform negotiation parameters.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a manufacturing or heavy industry environment.
* Demonstrable experience leading Enterprise Agreement negotiations in Australia.
* Deep knowledge of Australian industrial relations legislation, including the Fair Work Act.
* Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
