We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Aquaculture Operations Specialist.

This is a full-time position that offers comprehensive training and hands-on experience in the aquaculture industry.


About the Role

* A Coxswains ticket, enabling you to drive a commercial boat
* A DMLA (Deck Machinery and Lifting Appliances) ticket
* Operational experience in crane operations, rope tying, fish-pen rigging, and more

This role provides opportunities for career growth and development in the marine operations sector.


What You'll Get from the Training:

You will receive in-depth informational sessions on various departments in the business, including hatchery, feed, and processing facilities.

Tours of these facilities will provide you with a deeper understanding of the aquaculture process.

Additionally, you will gain operational experience working on one of our farms as a valued member of our marine operations crew.


After the Training:

You will commit to continuing your training to gain a Certificate 3 in Aquaculture.


Requirements:

* No experience or tickets are required
* Be committed to building a career in aquaculture
* Hold a current driver's license
* Be comfortable working on the water
* Have the right to work full-time in Australia
* Succeed in a pre-employment medical and drug test
