Mental Health Clinician Role
This opportunity involves working in a residential service as a Mental Health Clinician, with a focus on clinical leadership and delivering person-led interventions.

As a key figure in this mission, you will provide expert clinical guidance, champion recovery-oriented care, and work closely with participants, families, carers, and stakeholders.
About You
* You will design and deliver proactive interventions that empower individuals to better understand their mental health, build resilience, and develop opportunities for community integration.
* You will lead with confidence, working autonomously and guiding clinical practice with clarity and compassion.
* You will bring clinical expertise to support meaningful outcomes, applying a deep understanding of mental health interventions.
* You will build strong partnerships with allied health professionals and community networks to expand choice and support for participants.
* You will champion recovery, embedding person-led, recovery-oriented practices into every aspect of care.
* You will empower others by delivering psycho-education and training to build the capacity of non-clinical staff and strengthen the whole team.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, independent role and is ready to take the clinical lead in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Occupational Therapy or other recognised disciplines.
What We Offer
This role offers flexibility in managing your own schedule and primarily works in Tamworth, with some travel required to the Hunter region.
