To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Supply Chain team as a Raw Materials Inventory Controller. Reporting to the Production Manager, the successful candidate will ensure optimum inventory levels and accurate inventory records to allow all parties to make informed decisions, in addition to providing support to the Raw Materials team.

Responsibilities
* Ensuring stock levels are correct; managing non-conforming stock with suppliers via the RMID system
* Support of Repetitive Manufacturing processes in Production
* Support of Raw Materials Inventory Management; Assist Raw Materials team with maintenance and reconciliation tasks within SAP WM system
* Ensure timely and accurate processing of inventory discrepancy transactions on SAP with the correct approvals.
* Posting, reconciliation variance analysis and consolidation of supporting documentation.
* Work with the FLM in managing all internal AIBI findings and MSS according to the schedules.
* Work with FLM to manage the storage capacity and maintain the quality rules.
* Help in managing all open myBUY invoices/Aquila list
Qualifications
* Superior analytical and numerical skills along with excellent computer skills
* In depth knowledge of the inventory and distribution processes as well as thorough knowledge of effective warehousing
* Sound knowledge of SAP or ERP systems
* Effective influencer with exceptional communication skills
* Ability to meet deadlines & manage priorities
