Key Responsibilities
* Mentor and support a high-performing team under the guidance of the ESA Service Manager, driving results and fostering growth.
* Develop your team to deepen understanding of best practice when working with people with disability, injury, or health conditions.
* Translate program guidelines into high-quality, compliant service delivery that meets quality and performance targets.
* Guide clients into meaningful work through trust, empathy, and personalised support.
* Build strong employer partnerships and promote inclusive hiring practices.
* Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and lead by example.

Essential Criteria
* Qualifications in Employment or Human Services (e.g. Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work)
* Experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions
* Proven ability to meet KPIs and create client-focused employment and skills plans
* Confident in marketing clients to employers and facilitating group programs
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Knowledge of disability legislation, support strategies, and labour market trends
* Current Driver's License
