Position Summary:
* Rise with us and oversee all hotel operations overnight (38 hours per week) while upholding the quality and standards of the property.
* Serve as the senior representative of management during the night shift and guide the night team with steady leadership.
* Assist guests arriving late or departing early, supporting smooth check in and check out experiences.
* Respond to guest requests and complaints with calm judgment, record incidents and ensure follow up.
* Supervise staffing levels and workflow through the night so guest service, operational needs and financial goals remain balanced.
* Complete night audit duties, balance and reconcile the day's transactions and prepare required overnight reports.
* Manage late arrivals, early departures, walk ins, no shows and overbooking situations with accurate room allocation and billing.
* Monitor safety and security overnight by conducting or coordinating regular checks and following emergency procedures.
* Be an expert on the hotel and the local area so you can guide and reassure guests throughout their stay.
* Maintain clear communication with day shift leaders through detailed handovers and documentation.
* Support the wellness focused Westin experience by ensuring a quiet, safe and restful environment for all guests through the night.
About You:
* Experience using OPERA or a similar property management system
* Relevant experience in a comparable supervisory or managerial role
* Motivated to advance your career
* Confident, steady and focused in a fast paced environment
